Hadley Harris is a two-time entrepreneur and Founding General Partner at Eniac Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on leading seed rounds in bold founders who use code to create transformational companies. Hadley has more than 20+ years of experience at the intersection of business and technology, and since founding the firm in 2009 with his three partners, Nihal Mehta, Tim Young and Vic Singh.
Previous to Eniac, Hadley was the CMO of Thumb, a mobile social platform that boasted the 2nd highest user engagement next to Facebook. At Thumb, he was responsible for all of the company’s marketing and business development activities until they were acquired in spring of 2012 by Ypulse. Prior to Thumb, Hadley was the Head of Business & Market Strategy and Vice President of Marketing at Vlingo, which was acquired by Nuance Communications for $225M.
Early in his career, Hadley worked at Charles River Ventures, where he focused on mobile investments and held a variety of roles including Corporate Strategy for Samsung, Product Management at Microsoft and software developer and engineering team manager for Pegasystems.
Hadley is a noted expert in startups and venture capital having been quoted or profiled in Forbes, TechCrunch, VentureBeat, MIT Technology Review and interviewed on Fox Business News. He was also named New York’s Best Early Stage Investors by Business Insider. Hadley
holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
